NBA All-Star Celebrity game to feature RnB and Hip Hop Stars

Ne-Yo, Trey Songz and Common are among the musical stars taking part in the 2013 Sprint NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, which tips off on Friday, Feb. 15 at George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston. The annual celeb-filled basketball game kicks off NBA All-Star Weekend, which will feature previously announced performances by Alicia Keys, Fall Out Boy and Phillip Phillips, among others.

 

Along with Ne-Yo, Songz and Common, this year’s Celebrity Game will bring in Queen Latifah as an assistant coach, while Nick Cannon will also suit up for the exhibition game. Other non-musical celebrities participating in the game include “The Hunger Games” star Josh Hutcherson, Olympic gold medalist Usain Bolt, comedian Kevin Hart and retired NBA legend Dikembe Mutombo.
