Lil Wayne A No Show at NY Concert

Lil Wayne left a sour taste in many upstate New York concertgoer’s mouths Sunday night when he decided to cancel his performance leaving Ludacris and Nina Sky to fend for themselves. According to the Democrat and Chronicle, Lil Wayne was to cap off what was billed the biggest Hip Hop weekend to hit Rochester, New York in recent years including two nights of performances from top Hip Hop stars like Ludacris, T-Pain, and Rick Ross. Canceling his set after being disappointed with the sound system, according to Blue Cross Arena officials, Lil Wayne left Ludacris at the mercy of angry fans who received news that the star would not be performing. According to concert goers Ludacris did his best to save the show Sunday night but many fans left after hearing news that Lil Wayne would not be performing. While rocking the stage with his latest hits like “What Them Girls Like,” Ludacris received chants for “Weezy” throughout the set and Lil Wayne is Gay was heard being chanted all around the Venue. A full refund is being offered to the 8,000 fans who attended the show according to the Blue Cross Arena.
