Slim Thug Accused of Pistol whipping a man

A Texas man has filed a lawsuit against Slim Thug, who is accused of assaulting the man during a business meeting.

According to the lawsuit, Plaintiff Clarence Evans attended a meeting at a residence in Harris County with Slim Thug and several associates.

Clarence Evans claims that he was “suddenly and without warning” attacked by Slim Thug, who allegedly struck Evans in the face with the end of a pistol.

The lawsuit claims that Slim Thug ordered his associates to attack Evans and rob him of his money.

“Defendants participated in the attack and directed the other attendees of the business meeting to attack Plaintiff and steal any money Plaintiff had in his pockets at the time,” the lawsuit claims.

Clarence Evans is seeking an disclosed amount for a variety of charges.

Evans is suing Slim Thug and his associate Raymond Thomas for medical, hospital and pharmaceutical charges, lost wages, pain and suffering, mental anguish, physical disability and disfigurement. Slim Thug is 6 ft 8 why would he need to pistol whip someone ? Sounds like a fishy lawsuit to me.

Young Buck is facing a 10 Year Bid in Prison

When it rains it pours and it seems to be raining on Young Buck. Young Buck is facing serious jail time after being indicted, after being charged with being a convicted felon in possession of a .40 caliber pistol and ammunition.

Nashville’s WSMV Channel 4 reports that prosecutors unsealed the indictment today, for an incident that occurred around August 3rd, just as Federal agents raided his Hendersonville home over a $300,000 tax dispute with the IRS.

Young Buck has pleaded not guilty to the gun possession charge and has been released on $100,000 bond.

The rapper has a 2004 felony conviction for stabbing a man named Jimmy Lee Johnson during a fight at the Vibe Awards, after Johnson punched superstar producer Dr. Dre.

As a result of this conviction and the pending gun possession charge, Young Buck is facing up to ten years in prison.

Buck was also forced to surrender his passport.

Lil Wayne searched by Federal Agents

Lil Wayne was searched at Opa-Loca Airport in Miami by federal agents after he got off his plane sources have said.

Law enforcement sources say multiple agents from the Drug Enforcement Agency performed a contraband search on Lil Wayne who’s currently on felony probation stemming from incidents involving drugs and guns.

But Lil Wayne was clean so the Federal agents let the Lollipop rapper go on his way with no further incident.

Another Lil Wayne lawsuit

A producer who claims he made the original beat for Lil Wayne’s hit single “Mrs. Officer” has hired an expert witness to testify on his behalf, relating to a copyright infringement lawsuit.

Michael ‘Mali Boy’ Bradford filed the original lawsuit in January of 2009, claiming that he made the original beat for the hit single, which features crooner Bobby V.

Bradford’s lawsuit claims he made the original track five years before it was reworked by producer Deezle, who was given credit for the song, which is featured on Wayne’s hit album Tha Carter III.

According to Bradford, he made the original beat on an instrumental track titled “Popeye.”

Bradford, who is currently fighting a motion to dismiss the claim, has hired Dr. Felicia M. Miyakawa of Middle Tennessee State University to testify on his behalf.

Dr. Miyakawa, who is an Associate Professor of Musicology and Assistant Director of the MTSU School of Music, claims that there is enough evidence to take the matter to trial.

Producer Darius “Deezle” Harrison also sued Lil Wayne for nonpayment of $2.5 million worth of royalties on the hit single “Mrs. Officer.” I believe this is why super producer Manny Fresh left Cash money because they were rumored to not be paying him. What is the purpose of scoring a hit song if you never get paid for it ?

Lil Boosie claims Racism in his Pending cases

Lil Boosie went on the offensive relating to his first-degree murder charge, claiming that the East Baton Rogue Parish District Attorney was biased over disparaging comments the rapper made in a track just days before he was summoned in front of a grand jury.

Lil Boosie’s lawyer Jason Williams claims D.A. Hillar Moore III filed the murder charge against the rapper 10 days within hearing the lyrics contained on the song “F**k ‘Em All.”

Boosie used lyrics against the D.A and accuses the D.A. of having a vendetta for pursuing the drug and murder charge against the rapper, who is also a suspect in as many as five other slayings.

On the track Lil Boosie raps:

“F**k the D.A. and the lawyers/your racist ass is going to hell/You’ll probably be dead when I come out of jail ya old b**ch/ Your d**k can’t even get hard no more, b**ch you need to die/and the prosecutor’s gay/I see that from a mile away”

Lil Boosie, who appeared shackled in court under heavy security last Thursday (February 17th), is being held on a first-degree murder charge for his alleged role in the shooting death of a local rival named Terry Boyd.

Prosecutors claim Lil Boosie paid to have Boyd shot. Also charged in the case are Adrian Pittman and Michael “Marlo Mike,” who has been officially charged with six murders.

Moore told Baton Rogue newspaper The Advocate that the case had nothing to do with revenge or race, just simple justice.

“He’s calling me a racist. It (the criminal case against Hatch) has nothing to do with color,” Moore told The Advocate. “The indictment had nothing to do with a song. It has to do with dead bodies and victims.”

The D.A. has not decided if they will seek the death penalty against Lil Boosie, born Torrance Hatch.
