50 Cent Live at SXSW

50 Cent will be performing Get Rich or Die Trying in it’s entirety at SXSW

Austin’s South By Southwest Music Festival just went to a new level with the announcement that 50 Cent will be performing his debut album Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ in it’s entirety. The event will take place on Friday March 16th at Austin Music Hall. Doors open at 7PM Central. It’s the first time 50 will perform all of the songs from the groundbreaking 8x platinum album at the same time. In addition to 50′s performance, Shady Records will be represented by performances from Yelawolf and Slaughterhouse.

A Celebration of the Legacy of The Notorious B.I.G.

To commemorate the 15th anniversary of the passing of The Notorious B.I.G “A Celebration of the Legacy of The Notorious B.I.G.”

The event, hosted by Lil’ Cease and Faith Evans, will feature tributes and performances from Fred The Godson, Black Rob, Peedi Crakk and Beanie Sigel.invited guests include Busta Rhymes, Jadakiss, Funkmaster Flex and more. The tribute party is slated to take place on March 9th at Rebel NYC in New York City, New York.

Kid Cudi smashes the stage at a Australian Concert

Kid Cudi trashed an Australian concert stage after his performance at The Heatwave Music Festival was cut short, according to reports. Kid Cudi became frustrated when he was unable to perform his songs “Pursuit Of Happiness,” and his one hit “Day n Night. According to reports, Kid Cudi knocked over lights and speakers on stage before exiting to the crowds cheers. Many concert goers were on Kid Cudi’s side and the meltdown was warranted as the Heatwave Festival in Melbourne, Australia received thousands of complaints online about number of issues ranging from the festival not having ATMs, to the venue not carrying alcohol. Kid Cudi’s set was further complicated when his guitarists were allegedly told by security they couldn’t come on stage despite having full artist credentials.
