Foxy Browns Brother gets arrested for Stolen Credit Card

Foxy Brown’s brother/rapper Gavin “Pretty Boy” Marchand was among the men arrested for allegedly using a stolen credit card to purchase designer clothes in Manhattan.

Gavin Marchand was arrested last Saturday (August 7th) for allegedly possessing a forged American Express card to purchase almost $8,000 worth of clothes from the Hermes store on Madison Avenue.

According to the New York Post, police were inside the store conducting surveillance when Gavin, 35, and three associates arrived at the high-end boutique.

A 31-year-old man named Warren David allegedly attempted to use the card. When the men attempted to leave the store, police approached them, but the driver, Derwin Benoit, led police on a 90-mph chase, before he finally pulled over and surrendered.

“I don’t know anything about that,” Foxy Brown told the New York Post as she left a grand jury hearing yesterday, for allegedly violating a restraining order against her neighbor last month.

Gavin Marchand briefly served as Foxy Brown’s spokesman/manager.

In addition to rhyming, Gavin also served as the executive producer of Foxy Brown’s album Broken Silence.

If convicted, Gavin Marchand could serve up to eight years in prison.

Maino On Foxy Browns Sex Tape

Yesterday afternoon reports of a Foxy Brown sex tape started coming out. The tape is tentatively titled Superhead was allegedly leaked. Some speculate this is a marketing tool and who can blame them for their cynicism? Most people who weren’t socialites didn’t know or care about Paris Hilton before her tape? Or pics of Vanessa Hudgens and Megan Fox surfacing just before a major project was going to come out.

But Foxy’s album isn’t scheduled to come out till the end of the year and she is supposed to be laying low for now. The clip is already all over the net and I guess it was considered fair game for fellow Brooklyn rapper Maino to comment on.

He called her a “washed up bitch” and said, “I predicted it” via Twitter.

Some suggest Maino is working with 50 on this one and that’s why he went in so hard on Foxy.

The woman in the video looks a lot like Foxy and the man is unidentified. We will get more info to you about his as more info becomes available about FoxyMaino-gate.

Sources: Rapper Brown pampered in jail

Sources allege New York City prison officials offered preferential treatment to rapper Foxy Brown while she was incarcerated, Department of Correction.

The unidentified sources allege the “Chyna Doll” rapper, who was jailed for a 2006 assault on two nail-salon manicurists, received unlimited phone and TV use while incarcerated, the New York Post reported Sunday.

In addition, the rapper received new clothing to replace her dirty apparel and prison officials helped coordinate a magazine interview and photo shoot for Brown, the sources allege.

“It’s just out of control,” one source said.

“There’s a total lack of leadership at the top,” another source added.

Brown, whose real name is Inga Fung Marchand, completed her nine-month prison sentence for her parole violation last April.

The sources told the Post that top prison official Imam Umar Abdul-Jalil was among those allegedly pampering the rapper. Abdul-Jalil is already the subject of a city probe over a lavish bar mitzvah allowed to take place in a New York jail.
