Action Bronson Signs to VICE Records/Warner Bros Records “Might be the New King of New York Rap”
New York was once a hotbed of talent for hip hop but those days are long gone. New York is filled with nothing but old school rappers and a bunch of myspace/facebook failure rappers now.
But Action Bronson The Queens, New York rapper might be the new king of New York after he broke the news on Twitter, stating that his signing will not affect the quality of his music. “Vice/Warner Bros.is the label,” he wrote. “I promise to never make candy cane bullshit music as long as I live!!!!!!!” Action Bronson has created a buzz over the past year with the release of several projects including Bon Apetit … Bitch!!!!!!, Dr. Lecter, Well Done with Statik Selektah and, most recently, Blue Chips with Party Supplies. Action Bronson might be the rapper to keep New York rap alive.
